2. Booking & Pickup

You can book delivery services through our website, app, or contact center. Please provide accurate details about your parcel and destination so we can serve you better.


3. Parcel Restrictions

We kindly ask that you do not send prohibited items such as explosives, illegal substances, or items banned by law. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before booking.


4. Packaging

Please make sure your parcel is packed securely. We’ll handle it with care, but proper packaging helps ensure safe delivery.


5. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unexpected delays. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
