Easy Cargo
Ensure your freight items are packed securely for safe transportation. Use bubble wrap and masking tape to protect your goods from damage during transit. Please review the terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand the freight carriage policies.
Please note: the maximum dimensions you can send with us are 200cm x 100cm x 80cm (2m x 1m x 0.8m).
The price is based on the dead weight or cubic weight of your item, whichever is greater.
Dead weight: the actual weight of your parcel in kilograms.
Cubic weight: the parcel’s volume/space weight. To calculate, see below.
Cubic conversion: a formula used to convert volume into weight (universal factor = 250).
Step 1: Put your item on the scale and weigh it. In this example, the box’s dead weight is 5kg.
Step 2: Measure your box’s height, width, and length, and convert measurements to meters.
Step 3: Multiply height × width × length × 250 (cubic conversion) to get cubic weight.
Example: 0.8m(H) × 0.5m(W) × 0.15m(L) × 250 = 15kg
Answer: If dead weight = 5kg and cubic weight = 15kg, the greater weight of 15kg is used for pricing.
